What do you do to motivate yourself?

The interviewer wants to check your motivational skills as it is the key requirement. They want to check how optimistic you are. Make them believe that you will handle even the worse situations by motivating yourself and colleagues to improve their performance and increase the productivity.

Give us an example in which you have solved a problem occurred in the supply chain.
